CLEANING starting at $140
Cleaning of the firebox and chimney, an important maintenance for your wood burning fireplace or appliance. Dangerous build ups of creosote can contribute to a chimney fire. Animal activity in your chimney can also hinder the performance. Each chimney cleaning comes with an NFPA compliant, level 1 inspection. Do you want to know what condition your chimney is in?
Service price starts at $140. Conditions such as complex flue, severe creosote (3rd degree), multiple flues, and other factors that can complicate the service will add to the cost. This will be agreed upon with the customer before performing service.

DETAILED INSPECTION starting a $220
Referred to as a Level 2 inspection, this is a deeper look into the condition of the chimney and firebox. A level 1 inspection is part of a Level 2. The cleaning needs to be done in order to examine the condition of the chimney and firebox under the soot or creosote.
When is a Level 2 needed?
-After Chimney fire or earthquake.
-Upon sale or transfer of property.
-When replacing appliance connected to flue, with one of different type.
-Before relining flue.
Service price starts at $220. conditions such as complex flue, severe creosote (3rd degree), multiple flues, and other factors that can complicate the service will add to the cost. This will be agreed upon with the customer before performing service.
A level 3 inspection exist, it is typically destructive in nature and is reserved for specific, more extreme situations.

I serve the greater Wichita area and will be happy to schedule a time to clean and inspect your chimney
When I arrive I will take a look at the fireplace / stove and inform you of my next actions.
During the process I will clean the firebox, smoke shelf, flue, chimney cap, and any other parts attached.
I will complete my inspection report and note any areas of concern.
I will leave behind a clean work area, because this is YOUR home.
FYI the process may involve getting on the roof, into the attic, and or crawl space.
